My ASP.NET development team has tried in vain to get this control to function in a basic website. In addition to trial/error, reading documentation, trying to re-code the "php-examples" in asp.net, there's not much more to do other than to ask anyone who has successfully done this to point me in a direction of a simple .aspx page - with this control on it - that is reading from and writing to an MS SQL database.
I'm not a developer but it seems that it really shouldn't be this tough for experienced programmers.....thank you to anyone for your help with this.
